Coca-Cola
Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our
Manufacturing department. We are looking for talented individual with
relevant skills and experience for a Team Leader: Site Utilities role,
which is based in Polokwane. The successful candidate will report
directly to the Plant Engineer in Polokwane.
The
key Purpose of the role is to lead, support and develop the Engineering
technical team to proactively maintain the utilities equipment and site
infrastructure so that reliability and effectiveness of the Site and
Utilities is maximized and losses and risk are minimized and manage
external contractor to ensure safety, quality and reliability of work
performed in utilities and site.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Key Output :
Monitored
and controlled equipment and process (syrup room, water treatment
plant, CO2 facilities, refrigeration, Effluent plant, boiler house, air
compressors, Water Reticulation, Electrical reticulation, site, )
Planned and ensured equipment is maintained
Supported, coached and managed team members/relationships
Enforced and maintained SHE regulations and standards
Assessed candidates
Developed and monitored team goals
Planned / delegated and monitored work activities
Supported and implemented change interventions
Time Management
Solved situational problems
Communicated manufacturing information
Controlled raw material usage
Managed continuous improvement projects
Technical support service
Premier Place facilities maintained (building infrastructure)

Skills, Experience & Education Qualifications & Experience :
Qualified Artisan (N6) and/or 3 year relevant tertiary education
3-5 years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment
Experience in high and low pressure compressors, ammonia refrigeration and boilers.
Qualified assessor advantageous.
